Force is Quality

  • Force is Quality

The Western Force have been the shock story of the year, but according to Waratahs coach Michael Cheika believes they have all the tools they need to beat teams at the top of the league.

Cheika said that whilst teams have taken the Force lightly, he never has. Not even before their 43-21 demolition of the Force in round two this season.

"They've been sold short in the past and now a few people are eating their words because those top players are delivering," Cheika said.

Cheika believes the Force have a hard working forward pack and solid finishers in their squad.

"If you make mistakes against them they'll make you pay. It's been seen ver the last few weeks against them."

Cheika’s squad will definitely be put to the test this weekend against the Force, with the teams both sitting at four wins and two losses and fighting the be conference leaders. The first place Brumbies are only one game clear of the two teams, however they have not had a buy, hence they are sitting at five wins and two losses.

Stay tuned for more updates, line-ups and previews this week.
